Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific lighting items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the pendant or wall light in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included.
Shipping Labels
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for any damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
